Fine art photography
I love landscapes: woods, water, sky, farms, trees and fields. I develop my images to bring out their inherent art, their drama, color, mood, their quiet.
For some images, I use apps to transform them into photo art that resembles watercolor or acrylic paintings.
The Artful Image
Technically, the camera is a recording device.
But the photograph isn’t a recording and the photographer isn’t a recorder.
The camera is the photographer’s tool to create something:
Get an Image
Browse my stock galleries, get a print, or license a Raw image.
License digital stock photos for your ad, blog, website, background, or the app you’re developing.
Buy image prints on a variety of surfaces, from canvases to coffee cups to t-shirts.
Or license raw images so that you can develop them into images that fit your needs.
Developing an Image
A digital photo has to be developed, like a film negative.
Color, contrast, lighting–all of these must be developed.
So who does the developing:
Camera or Photographer?
You have a camera
Maybe it’s a DSLR or maybe it’s a smartphone. You take a lot of photos.
But not every image looks its best.
I can help.
I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to retouch photographs, removing flaws and enhancing images to bring out their best. I can even apply a little app-magic and turn a photo into a work of art.
Ask me about your photo and let’s see how we can turn it into a masterpiece.
